Gambrinus is an unpasteurized lager produced with double decoction, using three different types of malt: Plzen malt, caramelized malt and toasted malt. The combination of these Czech malts with a single hop variety (Sládek) gives this beer an intense, full flavor, with a balanced bitterness and a pleasant, hoppy aroma.
