Meantime

London Pale Ale

4,3% vol

A century and a half ago, the new style of beer, pale ale, was so popular that London brewers had to import Californian hops to meet the growing demand.
Continuing this tradition, Meantime blends American hops (Cascade and Centennial), for a citrusy aroma, with local hops (Kentish Golding) for bitterness. The result is a complex aroma of citrus, mint and grass, combined with a touch of bitterness that makes this beer extremely refreshing.

History

The London brewery (1999) is one of the cult establishments of the English capital, and already boasts a large following of enthusiasts all over the world, including Italy. It is really hard to find a quality pub in London that doesn’t have at least one Meantime on tap.
Located just a few meters from the Greenwich Observatory, the brewery has been able to gain the respect of a wide circle of beer enthusiasts in a short amount of time, thanks to its concept of “modern craft brewery”. It is truly a modern interpretation of a craft brewery, capable of combining the great Anglo-Saxon brewing tradition with new generation technologies.
