Its brewing process involves less refinement, resulting in a naturally cloudy lager that preserves the authentic appearance and flavour of the untreated ingredients. Peroni Non Filtrata, like all products of the Peroni family, is brewed with 100% Italian Malt which has been tracked in the blockchain since 2021 to ensure maximum transparency in our supply chain.
