One of the more easy-drinking beers in its category thanks to its lightness, even though it has an unusual aromatic complexity with notes of malt and caramel. This result is obtained by using a production process that still preserves the practice of blending three types of wort: a traditional, costly method which has almost fallen into disuse. The splendid amber colour is obtained through special coloured malts, such as Monaco malt, to which caramel malt and toasted malt are added.
