Made in Italy with 100% Italian malt, Peroni Cruda is a beer with a soft, creamy consistency and a pleasantly bitter hoppy aftertaste. As an unpasteurized beer, it is constantly kept at low temperatures throughout the production process to preserve all the flavor and freshness of the carefully-selected ingredients. Microfiltration of the yeasts at a low temperature guarantees a stable product over time.
