Itala Pilsen is a beer with a long history, produced in Padua since 1919. This pure malt Pils is unpasteurized in order to preserve all the flavour and freshness of freshly-brewed beer. The slow fermentation process, carried out at a low temperature, and the select varieties of aromatic hops give it a rich and distinctive taste.
